Residenza Apartments - Split

We had a great stay in a convenient location near the bus station, harbor, old city, and park.

Magnificent and incredible location, next to Croatian Maritime Museum. Walking distance from the heart of the city. Good staff and we liked the host.

Great place to stay in Split, we stayed just 7 nights. Had reasonably spacious room, enjoyed it, was allowed to use an electric kettle, a fridge, and a microwave. Having a bath was great...

We had a wonderful stay at Residenza Apartments for 5 nights. Marina warmly welcomed us and showed us around the spacious, clean, and well-equipped apartment. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the bus stop, ferry port, old town, markets. The apartment had air conditioning in both bedrooms and the lounge, plenty of towels and bedding, and even a playground for the kids. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Split.

We had an amazing value for our money at Residenza Apartments with a spacious and well-equipped apartment. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town and promenade. The staff, especially Ms. Mirana, were friendly and accommodating, even taking care of our bags after check-out.

The only thing that could have been better was the hotel breakfast, which could use some improvement in terms of variety and quality.

Super helpful staff, especially Marina, who provided useful information and assistance with parking. Beautiful, spacious, and clean apartment just 5 minutes from Diocletian's palace. Convenient location near Swedish consulate and main bus stop. Excellent communication from host and complimentary breakfast items.

Slow drainage in the shower.

The Promenade Riva was just a short walk away, so convenient for me to enjoy the lively bars, restaurants, and shops. The apartment had a lovely garden with a children's playground, perfect for when I wanted to escape the chaos.

Oh, just loved how the wifi mysteriously disappeared whenever I wanted to use it. How fun!

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the convenient location near the old city and waterfront, making it easy to explore. The friendly staff greeted us late at night and provided us with keys, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with amenities such as a washer, fridge, and iron. The air conditioning in every space was a life saver after long days of exploring. The nearby supermarkets made it easy to stock up on supplies. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all.
